Principal
Scott Zach is Principal and founding member of Legacy Capital Group. Additionally, Scott is a founding member of Capitis Real Estate Group. Over the past 4 years, Scott has been involved in over 50 real estate projects. Scott performs investment analysis and develops financial projections for Legacy Capital projects. Additionally, Scott negotiates funding alternatives for development projects emphasizing both debt and equity funding. In addition to his work in real estate development, Scott has developed a proprietary sale leaseback model to help professionals unlock the value of their real estate holdings.
In addition to his work with Legacy Capital, Scott has also developed expertise in single-family and multifamily residential portfolios.
Scott previously served as Managing Partner of a Fortune 100 financial planning firm. Scott’s firm consisted of 100+ financial advisors and advised on over $3 billion in client assets. The firm engaged with a wide range of business and individual clients. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Scott ran a financial planning practice that specialize in working with medical and dental professionals.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa. He also holds his Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment Management from Harvard University.
